Presbyterian Outlook The online version of the longstanding independent bi-monthly periodical that covers news events in the Presbyterian Church USA. It’s known for its balanced reporting and for being a soundboard for the different theological perspectives in the church.
Presbyterians for Renewal A broad evangelical renewal group in the PCUSA. They offer many good conferences that serve the wider church, offer solid Bible Study and elder training resources, provide biblically based commentary concerning controversial issues in the PCUSA, and work for spiritual renewal at all levels in the church.
Presbyterian Coalition Another renewal group in the PCUSA that works vigorously to uphold the constitutional standards of the church. They are particularly active when controversial issues are facing the church. This page is also a great resource for congregations seeking help in the spiritual renewal of the church.
Presbyterian Global Fellowship A growing fellowship of Presbyterian churches that was formed as a response to the theological, moral, and institutional crisis that the PCUSA currently finds itself in. They are ecumenically reformed, committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and seeking to be missional. Their web page is a great resource for Presbyterian churches looking for new ideas on how to become more effective in their ministries in the 21 century.
The Christian Post A great resource for obtaining daily news pertaining to the Christian faith. It is a very informative web page.
Hallelujah Trail GFPC is one of 32 historic churches across 16 counties in North Alabama that comprise the Hallelujah Trail. Each church is at least 100 years old, on its original property, and is still holding worship services today. Find out more regarding the Hallelujah Trail and order a brochure to learn more about North Alabama's spiritual heritage.
Heifer International Our GFPC youth group collects loose change to support Heifer International, an organization that fosters self reliance and the ability for poverty-stricken families and villages to raise livestock to feed themselves beyond today.
